Shane C. Sidebottom

Shane C. Sidebottom is an experienced immigration lawyer licensed in Ohio and Kentucky. As a member of the Litigation Group of Ziegler & Schneider, P.S.C., he represents clients in complex state and federal cases. His work includes Kentucky Whistleblower claims, labor and employment disputes, federal due process challenges, immigration law, and business contract matters. Shane has successfully tried cases before juries and has also secured high-value settlements in public employment cases across Kentucky. His practice also includes divorce, custody, probate matters, business representation, personal injury, estate planning, and government-related legal services.

Shane earned his J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law (NKU Chase College of Law) in 1999. He also received his Undergraduate Degree from Northern Kentucky University. His education provided a strong foundation in litigation, legal analysis, and public service. During his career, he has remained active in legal education and professional development, serving in leadership roles that help shape continuing legal education standards for attorneys across Kentucky.

Shane, before joining his current firm, represented a local school board for twelve years and continues to advise government officials on legal issues. Over the past decade, he has achieved some of the highest recorded settlements in public employment cases in Kentucky.
