One of her proudest moments was winning a case before the First Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of a veteran wrongfully denied Social Security benefits. This case highlights her firm’s mission to fully support clients and fight for their rights to the end.
Donna M. Nesselbush also leads efforts beyond the courtroom. She chairs the Rhode Island Bar Association’s Social Security Disability Committee and has authored helpful guides on Social Security Disability claims.
