Sean Phelan

Sean Phelan is a Partner at Jensen Phelan Law Firm, P.C., where he focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance cases. He joined the firm in 2006 and became a partner in 2009. He is respected across Arizona for his compassionate approach, steady advocacy, and dedication to injured clients.

Sean earned his Juris Doctor from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College in 2003. He graduated as a member of the Cornelius Honor Society and served as an Associate Editor of the Lewis & Clark Law Review. He is also certified in Mediation and Facilitation, strengthening his dispute resolution skills.

Throughout his career, Sean has successfully advocated before the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court, protecting a student’s right to bring claims against school districts. He also co-counseled two cases before the Utah Supreme Court, defending citizens’ rights to seek judicial intervention for claims against governmental entities.

Sean’s practice includes representing clients in cases involving medical malpractice, elder abuse and neglect, dog bites, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, and cyclist crashes.
