Mark A. Kille

Mark A. Kille is the owner of MINGUS MOUNTAIN LAW GROUP, PLLC, where he exclusively represents victims of serious injury and wrongful death. Licensed in Arizona and Missouri, he advocates for clients throughout Northern Arizona with focus and determination. He is known as “The Mountain Lawyer” for his strong community presence.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Justice Systems from Truman State University in 1996. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2001. He began his legal career by prosecuting claims under the Missouri Workers’ Compensation Statutes on behalf of injured employees.

Mark later represented injured railroad workers and their families under the Federal Employer’s Liability Act. In 2005, he moved to Prescott Valley, Arizona, and opened The Kille Law Firm, PLLC in 2006. He later formed Moceri & Kille, PLLC, before establishing MINGUS MOUNTAIN LAW GROUP, PLLC.

Mark is experienced in arbitration, mediation, and trial. He is licensed in all state courts in Arizona and Missouri, as well as the United States District Courts for the Western District of Missouri, the District of Arizona, and the District of Colorado. He is a member of the Arizona Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, and Yavapai Bar Association.

Committed to service, Mark A. Kille volunteers through the Volunteer Attorney Program and has received the Yavapai County New Volunteer Attorney of the Year and Pro Bono Attorney of the Year awards. He remains dedicated to protecting injury victims and pursuing full compensation with passion and precision.
