Patrick J. McGrath is a seasoned attorney with more than twenty years of legal experience, serving individuals, businesses, and financial institutions. Patrick earned his B.A. from Providence College before pursuing legal studies. He then obtained his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. During law school, he served as a Member Moot Court Honor Board. He was also Production Editor, Suffolk Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy, 1996 – 1998.
Patrick represents individuals in personal injury matters, including automobile accidents and wrongful death claims. He advocates for victims harmed by negligent or intentional conduct and works to secure fair compensation. He explains legal processes in clear terms, helping clients make informed decisions while pursuing strong and practical legal solutions.
Patrick also advises businesses, financial institutions, and real estate investors in commercial and transactional matters. His practice includes business law, commercial litigation, mortgage foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and real estate tax appeals.
