About
Seamus Page is the attorney who established Page Law, PLLC in 2022, a Vermont practice focused on real estate matters. Based in the Burlington area, he works with clients on property transactions and the legal steps needed to move purchases, sales, refinances, and related matters toward closing. His practice is supported by experience gained in law school clinics and public-sector work, giving him perspective on legal issues that can affect property ownership, financing, and transaction planning.
Seamus earned a Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Norwich University. During law school, he represented clients through the South Royalton Legal Clinic in bankruptcy, estate planning, and Veterans Affairs matters. He also clerked at the Chittenden County State’s Attorney’s Office. This education and practical training provided experience with client counseling, legal research, public law, and problem solving that now supports his real estate work and his approach to managing transactions carefully from start to finish.
Seamus founded Page Law after developing a background that included direct client representation and exposure to court and government practice. His clinic work required him to address financial, planning, and benefits-related legal questions for individual clients, while his clerkship offered insight into Vermont’s legal system. In real estate matters, he brings that broad foundation to the details of property transactions, helping clients identify issues, understand required documents, and coordinate the legal work needed for an orderly closing process.
Seamus Page is admitted to practice in Vermont and is affiliated with the Vermont Bar Association and American Bar Association. His practice reflects a focused commitment to Vermont real estate work, supported by earlier experience in bankruptcy, estate planning, veterans matters, and public law. By combining transaction-oriented attention with practical client communication, he helps buyers, sellers, lenders, and other participants understand the legal steps involved in property matters and work through issues that can affect timing, documentation, and completion.
