Scott W. Spradley

Scott W. Spradley is a seasoned Florida attorney with decades of experience in estate planning, bankruptcy, and general litigation. Known for his professionalism and trusted counsel, he provides clients across Northeast Florida with personalized legal guidance and effective representation. His practice focuses on helping individuals and businesses navigate complex financial and legal challenges with clarity, confidence, and care.

Scott earned his B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from Florida State University and his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law. He also attended the University of Miami on an athletic scholarship for golf. In addition to his legal practice, Scott has served as an adjunct faculty member in Valencia State College’s Paralegal Program, where he shared his expertise in law and legal ethics with aspiring professionals.

Admitted to The Florida Bar in 1988, Scott practiced for two decades with major law firms in Orlando before founding his own practice in Flagler Beach in 2010. He is admitted to all Florida state and federal courts, including all U.S. Bankruptcy Courts within the state and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal. His legal work includes Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy for individuals, Chapter 11 bankruptcy for businesses, loan modification, foreclosure defense, creditor representation, and dissolution of marriage.

Beyond his law practice, Scott W. Spradley is deeply involved in civic and community leadership. He was elected City Commissioner for Flagler Beach in 2023 and became Chair of the Commission in 2024. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the SMA Healthcare Foundation. Through his professional excellence and community service, Scott continues to exemplify integrity, dedication, and a genuine commitment to helping others.
