Scott F. Hallauer

Scott F. Hallauer is a Virginia trial lawyer and founder of Hallauer Law Firm with more than two decades of legal experience. His practice includes criminal defense law, family law, traffic matters, personal injury, and military law. His background includes service as a prosecutor and Navy JAG Corps officer. He has handled serious criminal cases, misdemeanors, traffic offenses, divorce matters, child custody disputes, DUI cases, military matters, and injury claims. He founded his own practice in 2006 after serving in prosecution offices in Norfolk and Virginia Beach.
