Satnam Singh

Satnam Singh is the principal attorney at Satnam Singh, PC, and American Immigration Law Office, PLC. He has been practicing law since 1988 and has specialized in immigration law since 1990. Satnam represents clients in areas such as litigation, appeals, family immigration, naturalization, waivers, consular processing, business immigration, and I-9 audits. He has handled cases in federal district courts, courts of appeals, and state courts, including a notable appeal in the 4th Circuit.

Satnam holds an LL.B. and B.Com. from Delhi University, India. He earned his J.D. equivalent and LL.M. in Tax Law from William & Mary Law School, Virginia. He also has an M.A. in Education (Instructional Technology) from San Jose State University, California, and an M.A. in Politics (International Relations) and an M.Phil. in International Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University, India.
