Aditya earned his B.A. from Gujarat University, India, building a foundational understanding of law and society. He then completed his LL.B. at Gujarat University, India. Aditya later obtained his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, NY, advancing his formal legal training. These degrees shaped his analytical and advocacy skills for professional growth.

Aditya began his legal career at a law firm focused on immigration law, gaining hands-on experience with complex filings and proceedings. During this period, he also dedicated time to pro bono work through the Legal Services of New Jersey, assisting clients in family law and domestic violence matters and community support.

Aditya has handled a wide range of legal issues, including immigration petitions, deportation defense, divorce, child custody, and criminal charges.
