Sasan Mirkarimi

Sasan Mirkarimi is a real estate and business attorney with deep experience in both litigation and transactional matters. He focuses on commercial and residential real estate issues, including lease negotiations, business acquisitions, and contract disputes. His work spans across industries, helping both corporate and individual clients avoid legal risks and resolve disputes efficiently.

Sasan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business from the University of Southern California. He later completed his Juris Doctor at California Western School of Law. Sasan is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California. He also holds a real estate broker license from the California Bureau of Real Estate (BRE #01513137).

Earlier in his career, Sasan represented major banks, mortgage lenders, and Fortune 500 companies. He advised on claims involving lender liability, wrongful foreclosure, title insurance, and federal statutes such as TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA. He also handled bankruptcy creditor claims and post-eviction litigation, building a strong foundation in real estate law.

In addition to his private practice experience, Sasan currently serves as in-house counsel for a San Diego-based skilled nursing hospitalist group. In this role, he provides legal guidance on real estate acquisitions, business operations, and compliance matters.
