About
Sarah T. Andrade is a Delaware corporate and commercial litigation attorney whose practice centers on disputes before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court. She handles matters involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, contracts, and other commercial issues. Her work requires careful analysis of business relationships, governing documents, and the legal duties that shape corporate decision-making and ownership disputes.
Sarah earned a B.A. from Haverford College and a J.D., cum laude, from Temple University School of Law in 2015. During law school, she interned for the Honorable Sherry R. Fallon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. She also competed on Temple’s National Moot Court Team, where her performance earned her the Order of the Barristers.
Sarah previously practiced in a corporate litigation group in Wilmington. Her representative experience includes obtaining dismissal under the McWane doctrine of an action seeking a declaration of an ownership percentage under an LLC agreement. The ruling favored an earlier-filed action in another jurisdiction. She is admitted to practice in Delaware and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
Sarah T. Andrade has received recognition for her litigation work. She was included in the 2025 Delaware Today Top Lawyers list for corporate law, named a Delaware Super Lawyers Rising Star in business litigation from 2022 through 2024, and selected for Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” in commercial litigation and corporate law for the 2023 through 2026 editions. Her memberships include the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section, the Delaware State Bar Association, and the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court.
