Sarah earned her B.S. with High Honors from Texas A&M University and her J.D. with High Honors from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she participated in the Law & Science program and discovered her passion for intellectual property law. While in law school, she gained hands-on experience as a licensed patent agent working for the Texas Tech University System’s technology transfer department, solidifying her foundation in patent and IP law.

Sarah began her legal career in 2010 as a licensed patent and trademark attorney at a respected firm, later founding her own practice in 2020 as Lubbock’s first firm focused exclusively on IP protection. She has represented a wide range of clients—from local startups to international corporations—providing comprehensive legal counsel tailored to their business goals. Her work includes acting as outside counsel for other law firms and serving as an expert witness in trademark dispute cases.
