Chris has been involved in landmark cases such as Microsoft Corp. v. i4i, Inc., where the Supreme Court upheld a $290 million jury verdict, and Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University v. Roche Molecular Systems, Inc., in which his discovery of a key agreement proved pivotal.
