About
Sarah Faville is a trusted immigration attorney with over two decades of experience helping individuals and families through complex immigration processes. Since 2003, she has focused her legal practice on immigration law, supporting clients with compassion and expertise across a wide range of legal matters.
Sarah earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law. During her time there, she was active in public interest law, serving as a NAPIL Equal Justice Fellow, President of the CU Law Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild, and a Sorrows Fellow working with incarcerated women through the Law Center for Women in Prison.
Sarah’s areas of practice include naturalization, family-based immigration petitions, asylum claims, VAWA petitions, U visas, Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) status, waivers, and consular processing. Sarah has appeared before U.S. Consulates, USCIS, Immigration Courts, and the Board of Immigration Appeals, achieving success in cases that demand both technical knowledge and empathetic representation.
Sarah is deeply committed to immigrant rights and has actively volunteered for the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network (RMAIN). Her experience includes hands-on advocacy, such as following the “reverse migrant trail” by bicycle from San Francisco to Tijuana to meet with migrant activists and support recently deported individuals in Mexico.
As a seasoned litigator and advocate, Sarah Faville brings a client-first approach to every case. She listens carefully, builds strong legal strategies, and remains focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for the families she represents. Her long-standing dedication and insight have made her a trusted ally for immigrants facing uncertain paths.
Through every stage of a case, Sarah provides steady, clear, and honest support. Her work continues to reflect her deep belief in justice, dignity, and the right of every person to be heard and represented with care.
