Sara Castro

Sara Castro is a Managing Attorney known for her dedication to serving clients across personal injury, corporate and business law, and civil litigation. She also represents consumers in product liability and mass tort cases involving defective medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Her work on such cases earned her recognition in Consumer Reports Magazine’s December 2019 feature “When Recalls Fail,” where she discussed recalled breast implants associated with increased cancer risk. Sara began her academic journey at the University of Florida, earning her Bachelor of Arts in 2006. She continued her education at Stetson University College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor in 2013. Her strong academic foundation established the groundwork for a career focused on analytical reasoning, effective client advocacy, and excellence in the legal field.

Sara’s career includes significant experience handling a broad range of legal matters—from complex merger and acquisition transactions to business finance negotiations. She has previously served as Business Law Section Chair of the Sarasota County Bar Association and as a Trustee of the Charlotte County Law Library.
