Corey A. Bundza

Corey A. Bundza is the managing partner of Bundza & Rodriguez, P.A., where he represents clients in estate planning, probate, insurance litigation, and personal injury cases. With years of trial experience and a deep understanding of Florida law, he provides trusted guidance to individuals and families throughout the Daytona Beach area. His practice combines compassion and strategic insight to help clients secure their futures and protect their rights.

Mr. Bundza earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.S. in Communication from Florida State University. His legal education provided a foundation in advocacy and analytical reasoning that continues to guide his work in complex insurance and personal injury litigation. He is admitted to practice in all Florida courts, the United States Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Before establishing Bundza & Rodriguez, P.A. in 2007, Mr. Bundza began his legal career defending major insurance carriers in automobile negligence and medical malpractice cases. This experience gave him unique insight into how insurers approach litigation—knowledge he now uses to advocate effectively for his clients.
