Sandra Matrone Mack

Sandra Matrone Mack is the Founder and Principal of Mack Law Associates LLC in Providence and advises businesses and organizations on corporate and business law, public finance, commercial real estate, and banking and finance. Her practice also includes succession planning. She works with clients across sectors including real estate holding and leasing, financial institutions, professional services, manufacturing, medical practices, food distribution, and nonprofit organizations.

Mack earned a B.S.F.S., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. She was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar in 1986 and to the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island the following year. Her education and decades of practice support work that combines corporate structure, finance, real estate, succession planning, and public-sector financing matters for companies and other entities.
