Vanessa I. Sampalis

Vanessa I. Sampalis is the founder of Sampalis Law LLC in Providence and concentrates her practice on estate planning, real estate transactions, and business law. She established the firm in 2017 after working at a civil litigation firm in East Providence and an estate planning firm in Cranston. Her practice brings together planning and transactional work for individuals and businesses, including legal matters involving property, business arrangements, and the organization of personal and financial affairs.

Sampalis earned a J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law and a B.S. in Political Science, cum laude, from Suffolk University. She also completed training as a certified mediator. During law school, she engaged in public interest legal work and interned with the City of Providence Law Department. Her education, mediation training, and government internship provide a foundation for counseling, document preparation, negotiation, and problem solving in estate planning, real estate, and business matters.

Sampalis’s earlier civil litigation experience and estate planning work preceded the creation of her own firm.
