Samuel E. Spital

Samuel E. Spital is a San Diego managing attorney and founder whose practice focuses on administrative law, professional licensing, and state and federal criminal defense. He entered private practice in 1978 and later served as a San Diego County Deputy Probation Officer, preparing sentencing reports for Superior Court judges.
