Sami Kashkeesh

Sami Kashkeesh is the managing member of Kashkeesh, Ltd., focusing his work on real estate, property tax, and corporate law. He represents a broad range of clients, including domestic and international investors, business owners, developers, and joint ventures. Sami provides guidance in financing, property tax reductions, commercial transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, and other matters that require careful planning and clear legal direction. His goal is to support clients through complex projects with confidence and efficiency.

Sami earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and his B.S. in Accountancy from DePaul University. His education gives him a strong foundation in both legal and financial analysis, enabling him to evaluate deals, structure transactions, and address tax issues with precision. 

With extensive experience in real estate and commercial matters, Sami has negotiated and documented projects involving shopping centers, mixed-use developments, industrial parks, gas stations, residential buildings, and large multi-story office properties. His work includes drafting agreements, managing due diligence, supporting financing efforts, and guiding clients through regulatory requirements. He also advises on property tax incentives and strategies to reduce long-term financial burdens for property owners and businesses.

Growing up in a business environment gave him a strong understanding of closely held operations and the challenges owners face.
