Samantha Safchinsky is an attorney in the labor and employment practice at KSC Law, where she represents unions and employees in a range of workplace-related legal matters. Samantha graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2023 from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she was elected Class President of the evening division for all four years. During law school, she balanced full-time work as a law clerk at the firm, gaining practical experience alongside her academic training.
Samantha is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Maryland, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
