Samantha Lambert

Samantha Lambert is a dedicated bankruptcy attorney and a founding partner at Lambert & Perry Law Firm, PLLC. Since the start of her legal career, she has focused on helping people overcome serious financial problems. Her practice is centered on offering clear, supportive guidance to clients facing challenges like credit card debt, wage garnishment, creditor harassment, and medical bills. Her mission is to help hard-working individuals and families get a fresh financial start through the bankruptcy process. Samantha is known for her strong legal skills, dependable communication, and commitment to helping people move forward with confidence.

Samantha earned her J.D., cum laude, from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock. During law school, she was selected for the National Trial Competition Team for the 2017–2018 term. She also holds an M.A. in Holocaust Studies (with merit) from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a B.A. in History from the University of Central Arkansas.

Samantha began her legal career in August 2018, working at a bankruptcy law firm where she quickly gained experience in consumer debt matters. In March 2020, she co-founded Lambert & Perry Law Firm, PLLC, to better serve clients throughout Arkansas. She is currently a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and The Order of Barristers, demonstrating her dedication to ongoing legal excellence and courtroom advocacy.
