Adam has represented employees in individual and class action matters involving substantial wage and employment claims. His representative results include a $23 million class action settlement involving alleged independent contractor misclassification and a $6.5 million settlement for current and former employees. He has reviewed hundreds of employment agreements across industries including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, construction, financial services, entertainment, retail, transportation, engineering, and the public sector.
