Sa’id Vakili

Sa’id Vakili is a founding partner at Vakili & Leus, LLP and a nationally recognized trial attorney with nearly 30 years of litigation experience. His practice spans high-stakes business disputes, shareholder litigation, intellectual property matters, employment claims, and serious personal injury cases. He also handles complex tort claims involving products, maritime, and aviation law. Sa’id has litigated hundreds of cases and secured numerous seven- and eight-figure outcomes, both in verdicts and settlements.

Sa’id holds a J.D. from Touro Law School, an M.A. from Columbia University, and a B.A. from Pace University. He is admitted to practice in California, New York, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C., and has handled cases in several other states through local counsel partnerships. His courtroom experience includes matters before the U.S. Supreme Court, multiple federal district courts, and several U.S. Courts of Appeals.
