Sabrina O’Mara

Sabrina O’Mara is counsel at Saunders & Saunders in Park City, where her practice combines business law and estate planning. She advises main street and family-owned businesses on entity formation, corporate operations, financing, mergers and acquisitions, employment, contracts, and succession planning. Her estate work includes trusts and estates, tax matters, and the design and implementation of revocable and irrevocable trusts tailored to asset protection, estate-tax, and wealth-transfer goals.

Sabrina earned a J.D. from Loyola Law School and a B.A. in Philosophy and Communications from Loyola Marymount University.
