About
Thomas T. Billings is Of Counsel at Parsons Behle & Latimer, working from the firm’s Park City and Salt Lake City offices. His practice includes banking and financial services, business and commercial litigation, and real estate. He has practiced since 1976 and advises financial institutions, businesses, and other clients on corporate reorganizations, commercial transactions, real estate matters, and disputes that require experienced legal analysis.
Billings earned a J.D. from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah in 1976. He served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Contemporary Law and later taught as an Adjunct Professor of Law. He previously earned an A.B. with honors from Brown University in 1973.
