H. Adam Shapiro is the founding partner of Danziger Shapiro, P.C., and a seasoned attorney with more than 25 years of experience in business and real estate law. Adam earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law after completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh. He is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. His early career focused on the hospitality and healthcare industries while working at a small Philadelphia law firm.

Adam focuses on real estate and business law, including contracts, leases, non-compete agreements, and disputes involving business partnerships. His professional background expanded while working with a telecommunications consulting firm, where he advised on site analysis, zoning matters, technology contracts, and lease negotiations for cellular infrastructure.

Adam’s legal insights extend into the healthcare and technology fields, and he has shared his knowledge by teaching courses in hospitality law and civic involvement at Drexel University.
