H. Adam Shapiro is the founding partner of Danziger Shapiro, P.C., and a seasoned attorney with more than 25 years of experience in business and real estate law. He represents a diverse range of clients, from entrepreneurs to established companies, offering practical legal solutions across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His practice is built on a foundation of client trust, efficiency, and results-driven advocacy.

Adam earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law after completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh. He is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. His early career focused on the hospitality and healthcare industries while working at a small Philadelphia law firm.

Adam concentrates on real estate and business law, handling contracts, commercial leases, non‑compete agreements, and complex business partnership disputes. He also brings industry-specific experience from his work with a telecommunications consulting firm, where he advised on site analysis, zoning and land use issues, technology and infrastructure contracts, and lease negotiations for cellular and wireless facilities.

Adam’s legal insights extend into the healthcare and technology fields, and he has shared his knowledge by teaching courses in hospitality law and civic involvement at Drexel University.
