Gary W. Javore

Gary W. Javore has over four decades of legal experience across business law, real property, construction law, insurance, and consumer law. He is widely respected for his skills in mediation and arbitration, earning AV® Preeminent™ status by Martindale-Hubbell®. Gary earned his B.A. from Kent State University in 1975, followed by his J.D. from Cleveland Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University in 1978. He was admitted to the Texas Bar that same year and later to the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1981.

Gary is highly active in legal and professional associations. He is a panelist for the American Arbitration Association in multiple categories and a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He also held leadership roles in the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association and Association of Attorney Mediators, and was elected to both the Texas and San Antonio Bar Foundations.

Throughout his career, Gary has received numerous recognitions, including “Lawyer of the Year” honors in San Antonio for both mediation and arbitration. His leadership extended to community roles such as chairing the Citizens Advisor Panel to the San Antonio Water System and serving on the Bexar County Tax Abatement Committee.
