Ryan J. Lutrario

Ryan J. Lutrario is a partner at Savage Law Partners, LLP in Providence, Rhode Island. He serves as corporate counsel to businesses on formation, governance, debt and equity financing, contracts, employment matters, and acquisitions. His practice also includes business and commercial litigation, construction law, real estate transactions, and insolvency matters. Ryan earned a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.A. in History from Providence College in 2008. He received his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2011.
