Russell Babcock

Russell Babcock is a San Diego criminal defense attorney who represents clients in federal and state criminal matters. Fluent in Spanish, he serves English- and Spanish-speaking clients in cases involving federal and state drug charges, blind mule allegations, complex fraud, white collar crime, death penalty appeals, and writ proceedings. Babcock earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 1981, graduating in the upper 15 percent of his class. He received his bachelor’s degree in rhetoric from the University of California, Davis, with highest honors. He ranked in the upper 1 percent of his undergraduate class, earned departmental honors, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
