Russell B. Morgan

Russell B. Morgan is a partner at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, where he focuses on complex business litigation for corporate clients across Tennessee and Kentucky. His practice spans intellectual property, trade secrets, non-competition issues, partnership disputes, securities fraud, and franchise matters. He also advises companies as outside general counsel, guiding them through strategic and litigation challenges.

Russell earned his Bachelor of Arts from Western Kentucky University in 1990. Then he completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1994, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He is licensed in both Tennessee and Kentucky and actively practices in state and federal courts within those jurisdictions, representing clients in high-stakes disputes and negotiations.
