Russell Fracassa is an experienced elder law attorney with more than 30 years of legal practice focused on supporting seniors and their families. He provides thoughtful guidance in estate planning, helping clients address complex life transitions while protecting their financial security and long-term care needs.
Mr. Russell has a strong educational background that supports his legal work. He earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Business Administration – Accounting from Rockhurst University, followed by a Master’s in Accounting from Rockhurst University, a Master’s in Intercultural Studies, and a Doctorate in Juris Prudence from University of Missouri – Kansas City.
Mr. Russell began his career as an accountant before transitioning into law, where he first practiced as a tax attorney. This early experience gives him valuable insight into financial planning, allowing him to help clients manage taxes, preserve assets, and qualify for benefits such as Medicaid and VA support.
Mr. Russell focuses his practice on wills and trusts, estate planning, asset protection, probate, and guardianship matters. He works closely with families to create plans that address both current needs and future uncertainties, ensuring clients are prepared for long-term care and changing personal circumstances.
