Samuel earned his law degree from Fordham University School of Law. He also attended Rice University as a National Merit Scholar, where he studied orchestral trombone performance. His education reflects both discipline and a strong foundation in legal advocacy and communication.

Samuel focuses on civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. His work includes personal injury, civil rights, consumer fraud, breach of contract, business litigation, and funeral home litigation. He also handles family law matters, including custody, divorce, and domestic violence cases.

Samuel gained valuable experience during law school. He served as Director of the Suspension Representation Project and as an editor of Fordham’s International Law Journal. He also spent a summer clerking in the chambers of Supreme Court Justice Adrian Hardiman of Ireland.

Samuel is admitted to practice in all Municipal and Superior Courts of New Jersey. He also holds federal admissions in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the District of New Jersey Bankruptcy Court, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
