Rosemary W. McKenna brings extensive experience guiding commercial and healthcare entities through complex transactions and operational challenges. Rose’s education began at the State University of New York, Albany, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in May 1984, with a major in German and Italian Studies. She later completed her Juris Doctor, cum laude, in June 1989, at Albany Law School of Union University, where she was a member of the Justinian Society.

Rose has developed a strong practice assisting organizations with formation matters, including drafting governing documents, addressing tax-exempt applications, revising policies, and ensuring ongoing compliance with statutory requirements. Her work also covers mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, and other restructures that help entities adapt effectively to operational demands.

Rose’s prior role as general counsel for a group of charitable organizations gave her firsthand insight into the everyday legal needs of mission-driven groups. She found particular fulfillment in supporting small businesses, managing commercial real estate transactions, and guiding companies through acquisitions that shape their future direction.
