Rosemarie Riddell Bogdan

Rosemarie Riddell Bogdan is a partner at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti LLP, where she has devoted more than three decades to the practice of personal injury law. She handles complex litigation involving defective medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and construction safety, representing clients in both state and federal courts nationwide.

Rosemarie earned her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 1992, following her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in 1989. Demonstrating a commitment to science-driven advocacy, she later obtained a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, along with certifications in pharmacoepidemiology and drug safety.

Rosemarie began her legal career as a confidential law clerk for a New York State Supreme Court Justice before entering private practice in 1993. She became a partner at Martin, Harding & Mazzotti in 1999 and has since led numerous high-stakes cases, including in the U.S. Court of Appeals and multiple state supreme courts, and is admitted before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Rosemarie currently serves in national leadership roles in multidistrict litigations, including as Co-Science Chair of the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the Valsartan NDMA litigation and in the Zantac and Bard Hernia Mesh litigations. Her science-based legal strategy is a defining strength in mass torts and product liability claims.

Rosemarie Riddell Bogdan is a sought-after CLE speaker and has served as President of the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association. She is a member of numerous bar and trial lawyer associations and actively supports her community through volunteer service with the Cornell Club and the Dake Foundation for Children. Her legal work is guided by expertise, advocacy, and a commitment to justice.
