Carol Nelson Shepherd has spent forty years focused on medical malpractice and birth injury matters, guiding clients through complex claims involving negligent care, surgical errors, obstetric issues, and delayed diagnoses. Carol completed her B.A. at Arizona State University in 1975 and earned her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 1978. She is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, with additional pro hac vice admissions in New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Michigan.
