Rosalind Lee is a highly respected criminal defense attorney with over 25 years of experience representing individuals accused of crimes. She is licensed in both Oregon and California and practices in state and federal courts. Dedicated to justice, she has built a reputation for her strong advocacy, legal expertise, and commitment to defending clients in complex criminal cases.

Rosalind Lee earned her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 1996. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz, in 1990, earning a double major in mathematics and philosophy. Before attending law school, she worked as an analyst at an economic consulting firm, gaining valuable experience in analytical reasoning and problem-solving.

Rosalind legal career began as a research attorney in the Death Penalty Litigation Unit at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office. In 1998, she opened her solo criminal defense practice, representing clients in state and federal courts throughout the Bay Area. Her work has included criminal defense, administrative hearings, and expert testimony in high-stakes cases, earning her a strong reputation in the legal community.

In 2005, Rosalind Lee moved to Eugene, Oregon, where she briefly taught at the University of Oregon School of Law before returning to private practice. Since 2011, she has run her own solo law firm, focusing on a broad range of criminal defense and related civil matters. With extensive courtroom experience and a deep understanding of criminal law, Rosalind has helped countless clients navigate the criminal justice system and protect their rights.

Committed to the legal community, Rosalind has chaired the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association’s Amicus Committee and has served on the planning committee for the OCDLA Trial College. She has been an instructor at the trial college for over a decade and frequently lectures on criminal law.
