Joseph Lesniak

Joseph Lesniak is a highly experienced criminal defense attorney with a strong background in prosecuting and defending complex felony cases. As a former Chief Prosecutor of the Special Victims and Domestic Violence Division in the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office, he handled hundreds of serious cases, including sexual assault, child abuse, and domestic violence. His extensive legal experience allows him to provide aggressive and strategic representation for clients facing criminal charges.

Joseph earned his Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Villanova University in 2000. He then received his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 2003. Shortly after law school, he joined the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office, where he spent over nine years prosecuting major crimes and leading high-profile investigations. His legal education and hands-on trial experience enable him to navigate complex criminal cases at both state and federal levels.

He was the Chief Prosecutor for the Pennsylvania Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, overseeing the investigation and prosecution of online exploitation and child pornography cases.
