Joseph Lesniak

Joseph Lesniak is a highly experienced criminal defense attorney with a strong background in prosecuting and defending complex felony cases. As a former Chief Prosecutor of the Special Victims and Domestic Violence Division in the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office, he handled hundreds of serious cases, including sexual assault, child abuse, and domestic violence. Joseph earned his Bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Villanova University in 2000. He then received his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 2003.
