Ronald S. Hodges

Ronald S. Hodges is a partner at Goe Forsythe & Hodges LLP and a highly accomplished trial lawyer with more than three decades of experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. His practice covers complex litigation in areas such as business and commercial law, professional malpractice, health care, employment, insurance, director and officer liability, financial fraud, real estate, bankruptcy, unfair competition, trade secrets, and personal injury. He also serves as outside general counsel for several California businesses and as personal counsel to high-net-worth individuals.

Hodges earned his B.A. in History, with minors in Business Administration and Psychology, from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, where he served as Student Body President, played Division I intercollegiate baseball, and was active in community service through the Crimson Circle organization. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and has been recognized for his excellence in trial skills and advanced trial advocacy.

Hodges’s litigation successes include obtaining a $36 million fraud judgment for a local businessman, securing a $6 million judgment for clients in a Ponzi scheme case, defending Princess Abigail Kawananakoa against employment claims, and representing a former presidential candidate and prominent trial lawyer in high-profile judgment enforcement proceedings. His track record reflects both trial and negotiation skills in high-stakes, complex disputes.

Admitted to practice in California and Washington, D.C., Ronald S. Hodges frequently lectures and presents continuing education seminars on business litigation, trial strategies, and legal ethics.
