Matthew D. Glennon

Matthew D. Glennon is a Member in Pullman & Comley’s Business Organizations and Finance practice, where he represents clients in complex corporate transactions. His work spans mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, debt financing, joint ventures, business formation, ownership transitions, and outside general counsel services. Matt is also a leading attorney in Connecticut’s cannabis industry, advising clients across all license types.

Matthew earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2015, along with an M.B.A. from the Quinnipiac University School of Business. He holds a B.S. from Southern Connecticut State University. His academic achievements and business training enable him to deliver both legal insight and commercial acumen to his clients.

Matthew’s experience includes negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor, supplier, and service provider agreements, as well as advising on corporate governance matters. Before joining Pullman & Comley, he worked at a mid-sized law firm on business, lending, and commercial real estate matters. He began his career at a leading global hedge fund, where he handled stock transactions, debt deals, international expansions, and governance issues.

In addition to his legal practice, Matthew D. Glennon is active in the Milford community, serving on the board of directors for the Milford Regional Chamber of Commerce and previously on the Milford Pension and Retirement Board. He has been recognized as a Moffly Media Top Lawyer in Fairfield County for Business Law (2023, 2024), a Connecticut Super Lawyers Rising Star (2024), and a Westfair Business Journal “40 Under 40” honoree (2024).
