Ursula R. Wilkinson

Ursula R. Wilkinson is an Associate in the Business Department at Rodey Law Firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Ursula clerked with the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Office of the General Counsel, supporting bureaus focused on Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Middle East. Her work included research on procurement reform, dispute resolution, and compliance. She also analyzed international agreements and contracts. Earlier, as a Foreign Service Officer in Afghanistan and Mexico, she led visa adjudication teams and worked with federal agencies on immigration and security compliance.

Ursula R. Wilkinson’s diplomatic service earned the Department of State’s Leadership Honor Award and Group Meritorious Honor Award. She is proficient in English and Spanish and is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico. At Rodey, Ursula works within a business group serving corporations, partnerships, nonprofit organizations, and business owners. Her international experience and legal training support thoughtful analysis of transactional and regulatory concerns.
