Ron Bender

Ron Bender is a highly respected bankruptcy and insolvency attorney with decades of experience in restructuring debt and reorganizing companies. Admitted to the California Bar in 1989, Ron is also authorized to practice before the United States District Court for the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is the founding and co-managing partner of the prestigious law firm Levene, Neale, Bender, Yoo & Golubchik L.L.P.

Ron earned a B.S. in Finance from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude in 1986. He later received his J.D. from Stanford University School of Law in 1989.

Ron has successfully handled numerous complex bankruptcy cases, reorganizing businesses, restructuring financial affairs, and selling companies. His practice spans representing debtors, creditors’ committees, creditors, and business purchasers. He is especially recognized as one of California’s foremost authorities on Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors.
