Mark J. Markus

Mark J. Markus is a Certified Specialist in Bankruptcy Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Since 1991, he has focused only on bankruptcy law, helping individuals and businesses with legal solutions under Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13. His clients have included individuals with credit card and tax debt, as well as corporations and partnerships facing financial challenges. He represents both debtors and creditors.

Mr. Markus holds a B.A. in Economics from California State University, Northridge (1986) and earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1990.

With over 30 years of exclusive bankruptcy law practice, Markus brings deep experience and skill to every case. His dedication to this area of law means he does not divide his focus with other legal fields.
