Rolf Fiebiger

Rolf Fiebiger is a founding partner of Fiebiger Law with more than 15 years of experience representing individuals, professionals, and businesses in serious disputes. His practice focuses on employment law, business conflicts, personal injury, professional issues, probate and trust litigation, and complex civil matters requiring thoughtful strategy and strong advocacy.

Rolf earned his Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School in 2010 and his Bachelor of Arts from Saint Olaf College in 2005. His education provided the legal foundation for a career centered on litigation, client counseling, case preparation, and practical problem-solving in matters involving significant personal or business consequences. Before co-founding Fiebiger Law, he began his career handling nationwide pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. In that role, he represented individuals against major corporations, gaining experience in complex litigation that shaped his prepared, strategic advocacy style.

Over the past eight years, Rolf has helped build a practice centered on employment disputes, wrongful termination claims, discrimination and retaliation matters, business and partnership conflicts, professional licensing issues, and related civil litigation. He approaches these cases by listening carefully, identifying client priorities, and developing strategies tailored to each situation. Rolf Fiebiger is admitted before the Minnesota Supreme Court, federal district courts in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Western Wisconsin, and the Seventh and Eighth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
