Kyle Moen

Kyle Moen is a partner at Segal Duffek Moen, PLLC, who advises privately held companies and business owners on transactions, governance, real estate, estate planning, and succession planning. Based in the Minneapolis area, Mr. Moen focuses on mergers and acquisitions, business formation, purchase and sale transactions, and practical counsel for companies at different stages of growth. His work helps clients structure deals, manage business risk, and move important transactions forward.

Mr. Moen earned his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His education provides a strong foundation for analyzing business issues, drafting transaction documents, and advising clients on legal and commercial decisions. This training supports his ability to evaluate risk, explain options clearly, and guide clients through complex business and real estate matters.

Through this work, he assists clients with deal structure, governance questions, succession planning, and practical business decisions.
