Erica earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana in Missoula in 2012. She also graduated Magna cum laude from Bemidji State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a pre-law emphasis, building a strong foundation for public service, legal analysis, and civic responsibility. Her legal career includes experience with Krutzfeldt & Jones, LLP, Attorneys at Law, where she has practiced since 2013.

Erica’s clinical work, she argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, reflecting early courtroom exposure and disciplined advocacy. This background supports her ability to assess facts, prepare legal arguments, communicate risks, and guide clients through matters involving property rights, business concerns, probate issues, and estate planning. Her real estate practice includes commercial and residential transactions, easements, land use and zoning, mortgages, water law, homeowners association matters, neighbor disputes, condominiums, eminent domain, and related property concerns.
