Rodney S. Diggs is an accomplished litigator with extensive trial experience in federal and state courts. He serves as Co-Chair of the Labor & Employment practice group, where he focuses on representing clients in harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour matters, including proceedings before the Labor Commissioner. He also advocates in high-profile civil rights litigation.
Rodney earned his J.D. from Howard University School of Law, where he held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of the Student Bar Association. He received his B.A. from UCLA, where he was an All-American and All-Pac 10 athlete in track and field. He is admitted to the California Bar, various U.S. District Courts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
