Robyn L. McPherson

Robyn L. McPherson represents clients in criminal defense and DUI matters with a grounded, respectful approach. Her work is shaped by years of direct experience in the justice system, giving her a clear view of how legal problems affect people facing fear, uncertainty, and serious consequences.

Robyn completed her undergraduate degree at Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law, Moscow, Idaho, in 2017, graduating a semester early with Dean’s List honors and a strong commitment to criminal justice.

Robyn began building her understanding of the system before becoming an attorney. After studying criminal justice, she worked as a corrections officer in the State of Idaho. That role helped her see that people can make serious mistakes while still deserving dignity, respect, and fair treatment.

Robyn later gained more public service experience as a 9-1-1 call taker, dispatcher, and trainer for the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Department. This work strengthened her ability to stay calm under pressure, think clearly, and respond carefully to people who needed help during difficult moments.

Robyn also worked as a Courtroom Clerk for Superior Court Justices. That position gave her insight into court procedures and what happens behind the Judge’s bench. Her background helps her prepare clients for the legal process and guide them with practical, informed advice.

Robyn currently practices in Latah, Nez Perce, Idaho, Lewis, and Benewah County. She uses her experience in corrections, dispatch, court operations, and law to understand cases from many angles. Her criminal defense work focuses on protecting rights, explaining options, and treating each client with care.
