Jerry M. Ward

Jerry M. Ward is an attorney representing clients in family law, interstate child custody, misdemeanor and felony criminal defense, consumer protection, estate and probate matters, landlord and tenant disputes, HOA litigation, employment law, contract disputes, debt collection claims, bankruptcy, and lemon law matters. Jerry earned a J.D. from McGeorge School of Law. He also earned a B.A. in Philosophy from Boise State University, graduating with Distinguished Honors through the Honors College. During law school, he participated in mock trials and Community Legal Services, where he appeared in court for lower-income clients in family, landlord, small claims, and bankruptcy matters.

Jerry has practiced law in Idaho since 1998, helping clients through trials, motion hearings, appeals, and difficult legal disputes. He has appeared before many Southern Idaho magistrates and District Courts. His appellate work includes matters before the Idaho Court of Appeals and Idaho Supreme Court. Since 2022, he has worked in private practice, county public defense, and state public defense matters.
